My only concern is that by giving this place an honest review more of you will book this place and then I won't be able to stay here again on my next visit to Iceland. It has heated floors, incredibly comfortable beds, very hospitable staff, incredibly clean restrooms and showers, and a very well stocked kitchen. I don't think anyplace could top this place for the cost. Pic of Frodi included.

Beautiful modern suite. Deluxe room was great for two adults and two kids (king bed and spacious comfortable pullout sofa). No breakfast available or included (though there’s a coffee maker and pods in room). We stayed during a howling snow …

Absolute perfection. Heated floors, comfortable beds, plenty of space, a well appointed kitchen - and the VIEW!! When I come back to Iceland, I will definitely be staying here again. It was our favorite stay of our trip.

Very beautiful apartment in a beautiful location, very near the Black beach. Super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The view is simply breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave and plenty of coffee pods. There’s a bar at the main building lobby too.

Amazing place. We got a free upgrade so I cannot comment on the originally booked “studio apartment with sea view” and we got their newest room. It was spacious, simple yet stylish and well maintained (it was new). The view in the field and far away coast was great and the bathroom was amazing, just the water from the shower would splash all over the place as there are no curtains and no divider. Staff was friendly and location was right in the way to the black beach. I would’ve stayed longer but there’s not a lot in the area except for the beach ;)

We stayed in a suite, lovely and warm and well appointed. Big and spacious with tall ceilings. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in bathroom. Lovely little balcony to take breakfast or a drink, or just relax and enjoy the stunning views. Food available from the main hostel. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect for this area of Iceland. Five minutes from the black beach and ten minutes from the lighthouse. ||We were treated to a great view of the northern lights. ||Room was nice and spacious and had all the facilities you would want.

We loved this place! We spent two nights here during a snow storm and only made it to Vik once roads reopened. It was the perfect retreat for a couple of relaxing snow days. Would return here in a heartbeat! It was our favorite stay of the trip and one of the favorite places we’ve ever stayed on any trip.
